'card holder services' says that there is nothing wrong with my credit card, but I qualify for a lower interest rate' (it is a recording) We are getting 3 or more of these calls a day. The few times I have tried to talk to someone to get off the list, they hang up, Tell them i am on the no call list, they hang up, want to speak to a supervisor, they hang up. I would sure like to find a way to block them. Qwest says that they will change my phone number for no charge once for me to stop this, but we have this # for a long time and that is not a solution for us.

This comes in as Privacy Mgr. If I pick up I get a partial recording. I can not call it back. I can not block it. This has been going on for months sometimes several times a day.

yeah...they called me too saying his name was HERMAN NEWMAN. whatever.....when he threatened to come to my job and arrest me i was so tickled that i started laughing and he hung up on me. Yes they do know too much info. about us but they cannot do anything with it unless they want it to be traced back to them. You have to agree to them doing so before they can take anything from your account. The game is to scare you so bad that you will do anything to avoid jail then you will agree to them taking money from you account to pay the dept off. Once you agree they got you. Hang up on them or harrasse them back like I do. The number is still good for now.

Debt collector, Talked to "Don", who was a total scum bag. Yelled over the phone at me while I was trying to make payment arrangments. I have contacted the Attorney General to get this ASS fired or fined or in jail!

I received a text message from this number this morning saying they reviewed my application for the marketing job I applied for and would like for me to call them back. I'm currently looking for a job so it seemed semi-legit (minus the fact they texted instead of called and didn't leave a name or company). however, upon Googling the number I discovered it's a scam.

These people have been calling me and hanging up. WTF! I also registered at David's Bridal about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure what the deal is but I am personally calling my phone company to see if I can have them blocked or reported. If this keeps up I will be going to the police department and filing harassment charges because I've had enough of these brainless solicitors!

This particular call was 'Out of Area', but has called from the above number before. Man named Anthony Bowden (sp?) with thick indian/pakistan accent claimed to be from American Financial Board and wanted to help with my 'unsecured debt'. Keeps calling & being rude & cursing. Told him I was on the 'Do not call list' and to not call again. Keeps calling though.
